M99m Terms & Conditions – Everything You Need to Know About Using the Platform

1General Terms & Agreement Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the m99m platform operated by m99m Entertainment Sdn Bhd ("m99m", "we", "platform"). These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and members of the platform, whether accessed via website, mobile app, or any other digital interface provided by m99m.

By accessing or using any part of the m99m platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms;
• You are 18 years of age or older, or have reached the age of majority as recognised under Malaysian law;
• You are using the platform in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any unauthorised business entity;
• Your use of this platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the m99m platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident currently residing in Malaysia;
• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Hold a valid and active Malaysian phone number;
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list applied through m99m or any relevant authority;
• Has never been permanently banned from the m99m platform for reasons related to fraud, misconduct, or serious violations of prior terms.

3Account Registration & Identity Verification

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) m99m account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and truthfully:

• Full name as per identity card (MyKad) or passport;
• Malaysian identity card number (12 digits) or passport number;
• An active Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification;
• A valid email address (where required);
• Accurate date of birth.

M99m reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identification card, proof of address, or a Malaysian bank statement — particularly before processing withdrawals above certain limits. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the m99m platform are conducted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR). The accepted payment methods are as follows:

Important Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all payment methods;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, subject to compliance requirements;
• M99m reserves the right to conduct compliance checks (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within any 24-hour period;
• Unclaimed withdrawals within 180 days of the request date will be returned to the account balance;
• M99m is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment provider systems.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

M99m offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all deposit bonuses must meet a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus value before withdrawal is permitted. Example: A bonus of RM100 requires RM2,000 in wagering.
• Bonus Validity Period: Bonuses not used within 30 days of the credit date will expire automatically;
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active at a time. Activating a new bonus will void any previously incomplete bonus;
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10–20%, and Live Casino 5–10%;
• Betting Limit During Bonus: Placing bets exceeding RM500 per round while a bonus is active is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture.

6Game Rules

The m99m platform offers a wide range of game categories including slots, table games, Live Casino, Sports Betting (including Malaysia Super League and EPL football, badminton, e-sports), lottery, and more. The following general rules apply to all games:

• All games use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes;
• Game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure;
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, m99m will conduct an investigation and reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface;
• M99m reserves the right to restrict access to certain games based on location, account status, or regulatory requirements;
• Any attempt to exploit game bugs, use automated software (bots), or employ collusion strategies is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

7Account Security, Privacy & Data Protection

M99m takes the security and privacy of its members seriously. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between your browser and our servers. Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with m99m Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

Member responsibilities regarding account security:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone;
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the m99m support team immediately;
• Ensuring that the device used to access m99m is free from malware;
• Do not use unsecured public WiFi networks to log in to your m99m account.

8Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m99m platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity;
• Credit card fraud, unauthorised transfers, or any form of financial fraud;
• The use of automated software, bots, or any technology to manipulate games;
• Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Sharing your account or allowing another person to use it;
• Exploiting technical errors or system bugs to obtain unauthorised gains;
• Systematically exploiting bonuses to extract value without genuine play intent (bonus abuse).

9Account Suspension & Closure

M99m reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term set out in this document;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or misconduct currently under investigation;
• Requests from competent authorities or regulatory bodies;
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting m99m support. Any valid balance will be refunded upon completion of a compliance review within 3–7 business days. Funds derived from fraudulent activity or breaches of these Terms will not be returned.

10Responsible Gaming

M99m is committed to promoting responsible gaming and supporting members who may be experiencing gambling-related issues. We provide the following tools for all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within your means;
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a defined period;
• Play Time Limit: Set session time limits and receive automatic reminders;
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close account for responsible gambling reasons.

11m99m Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, m99m and its parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform;
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Losses resulting from valid game outcomes;
• Any delay or failure by a third-party payment provider;
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

12Complaint Resolution & Applicable Law

If you have a complaint regarding your use of the m99m platform, please follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1: Contact the m99m customer support team via live chat or email at support@m99m.ws with a detailed description of your complaint;
2. Step 2: The m99m team will investigate and respond within 3 business days;
3. Step 3: If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your complaint to a senior manager through the same channel;
4. Step 4: If no resolution is reached, both parties agree to refer the dispute to arbitration as determined by m99m.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Malaysian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
